Submitting Logs - Rules

1. No log can be altered in any way. Every line of every log has an associated checksum, which takes into account not only that entry, but the previous log entry, the users callsign, latitude and longitude, and registration number. Any changes to logs will result in that log not passing the checksum and therefore will not be eligible for recognition or awards. The unltimate decision of whether or not to allow a log lies with B&B Cyber Software. It should be noted that all QSOs must be made in strict chronological order, therefore you must be sure to always keep your computer's clock up-to-date. It will not help you to play games with the settings of the clock, they are also included in the checksum calculation.

2. Arrival time - Arrival time of logs for the purpose of an award is taken as: the receipt time for EMAIL messages at B&BCyber Software, the download time at B&B Cyber Software for file transfers.

3. High Score Listings - In order for logs to be considered for the following week's update of the listing, logs must be received by 12 Noon Friday. This Honor roll and listing page will be updated by 12 Noon each Monday. (Central time), if there are changes.

4. E-MAIL Logs as attachments to: ctlogs@bbcyber.com
